Known issues and advice

General Support:

You need a working online connection to post scores and access online services.

We can only send you your password if you have entered an e-mail address into your profile.

You can access your profile online at barkingseed.com if you would like to update your country, e-mail, city etc.

Nokia Support:

If you are using a Nokia N97, you might find that you are unable to connect to online sources. This is due to an error in the Adobe Flash Lite 3.0 player. For most Nokia Touch devices (5800/5530) you can update to the latest Flash Lite (3.1) over the air, but it seems for N97 you have to do it use the Nokia Software Updater desktop application. Bummer, we are sorry, this is outside our control - we wish there was something we could do - if we find a solution we will implement it immediately!

iPhone Support:

This game does run on 2nd generate iPod Touch devices

1st generation iPod Touch/iPhone's have very slow playback speeds - not recommended!
